Because our products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong color or design.

We want you to love your order, so if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note that slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur due to differences between screens, printing processes, and individual garments. These variations are not considered defects.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
